About Us
Build Accessibility Expertise. Advance Careers. Transform Organizations.
Innov8ive Academy was created to close the gap between accessibility knowledge and
practical application.
We believe accessibility should be integrated into the way organizations design, develop,
communicate, and innovate not treated as an afterthought.
Our mission is to equip professionals, leaders, and organizations with the knowledge,
skills, and confidence needed to create more inclusive digital experiences.
Our Vision
A future where accessibility knowledge is embedded into every organization and every digital experience is designed with inclusion in mind.
Our Impact
We are committed to developing accessibility talent, strengthening organizational capability, and advancing digital inclusion through education, leadership, and innovation.
Whether we are supporting an individual professional or an entire workforce, our goal remains the same: To help create a more accessible and inclusive digital world.
Our Story
Innov8ive Academy was founded from a passion for helping people access information, opportunities, and experiences without barriers. Our Founder, Stephanie Orji, began her journey as a Special Education educator working with students with Autism and supporting their families. Through that experience, she gained a firsthand understanding of how technology, assistive tools, and inclusive design empower individuals to communicate, learn, engage, and navigate the world around them.
Today, Innov8ive Academy helps professionals and organizations build the knowledge and skills needed to create accessible and inclusive digital experiences. Through expert-led training and workforce development, we are advancing accessibility education and empowering the next generation of accessibility leaders.
